Guarantee

Does HydroPeptide have a guarantee?
Yep. HydroPeptide offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on all consumer products purchased through our website, www.HydroPeptide.com, or one of our authorized sellers in the United States. If you are not satisfied with a HydroPeptide product, you may request a replacement product or a refund within 60 days of your date of purchase.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. The guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

How can I submit a guarantee request?
To submit a guarantee request, please call us at 1.800.932.9873 or email us at support@hydropeptide.com and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail the unused portion of your product to HydroPeptide, or provide other information to assist us in processing your request.

You must submit your guarantee request within 60 days of the date of original purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.

What are your guarantee guidelines?
HydroPeptide reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused the guarantee. We may amend or terminate the guarantee at any time without notice.

Where’s my order? What should I do if my order is missing stuff or my shipment is late?

Shipping

When will my products arrive? 
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Orders take 24-48 hours to process. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day. Ground shipping for orders up to $99 is $8.95 USD. Ground shipping is free with orders $99 and over. 2-day shipping is a flat fee of $18.00 USD. Shipping based on subtotal after transaction discounts and special promotions. 

Do you ship to a PO Box?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? 
Change your mind about the products you purchased? You can return new, unopened items purchased from HydroPeptide.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please call us at 1.800.932.9873 or email us at support@hydropeptide.com. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

PFAS (Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl substances
At HydroPeptide, we ensure all products are free from intentionally added PFAS (Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances), a group of manmade chemicals sometimes referred to as “forever chemicals.” This pledge embodies our commitment to consumer safety and environmental stewardship.

What is a peptide?                                                                
Peptides are tiny protein fragments (or small chains of amino acids) that increase cellular communication within the skin. Peptides help promote natural elements of healthy skin, including collagen production (which helps plump the skin) and neuropeptides which help relax repetitive facial muscle contractions (which softens wrinkles). HydroPeptide uses a wide range of performance-based, clinically tested peptides within our products.

Why are antioxidants important in skin care?
In the natural aging process, oxidative stress occurs at a rate at which the body or skin is no longer able to fully neutralize free radicals. Free radicals accelerate cellular damage known to cause premature aging. Antioxidants have the ability to pair with an unstable electron and reduce cell death. There are actually six categories of free radicals that attack the skin every day. Unfortunately, one powerful antioxidant alone can’t stand up to all of them, so HydroPeptide products contain a variety of natural and organic antioxidants that provide a broad range of protection to fight all six categories of free radicals.

Using HydroPeptide Products

When will I start to see results?
Our formulas go to work immediately within the skin, but their results can take time to become visible. This process may take 6-12 weeks depending on a number of factors including age and current skin health.  While you’ll see immediate changes in texture and tone, give HydroPeptide a good evaluation with three months of continued regular use.

Will HydroPeptide cause redness or irritation?
You should always consult your dermatologist before starting any new skin care regimen. All HydroPeptide products are formulated with a no downtime approach, meaning they won’t induce redness, irritation, or peeling. HydroPeptide products have undergone extensive research, including a repeat insult patch test (RIPT) which ensures that all of our products are non-irritating. Although redness and irritation are generally not experienced when using HydroPeptide products, you should immediately discontinue use if any irritation or redness occurs.

Can I use HydroPeptide if I have had a cosmetic injection or cosmetic surgery?
Everyone's skin is different, but many dermatologists and estheticians recommend HydroPeptide products to their clients for pre- and post-procedure skin care. If you have specific concerns or want to learn more about maximizing your results, consult a licensed HydroPeptide professional

Can I use the HydroPeptide collection with other skin care products?
Yes, but the HydroPeptide collection has been designed to be a comprehensive skincare regimen, so chances are we have a product to address your every skin concern. If you choose to incorporate other products, we suggest testing any combination of skincare products on the inside of your forearm before applying it to your face to check for irritation. The basic rule of thumb is to apply all your serums first (to clean skin) and then your creams. For prescription skin-care products, consult your physician.

Yes. HydroPeptide has been formulated for all skin types, ages, and conditions.
